There is much potential still to be revealed by the maker

Ford Mondeo is one of those cars whose makers really want to improve and take the brand to new heights. There is space, it is more pricey, refined than before and high-tech from its predecessors. It is said to be the most suitable family hatchback, ready to be in your porch to make you feel comfortable like home. It is cautious on the driving side but I think a family category vehicle should be a little like this to keep the people inside safe and it can be distinguished from the sporty and speedy hatchbacks. But on the other hand a trend rules the market always and to participate in the race those standards has to be met and Ford is on its way to make Ford Mondeo as suitable to the consumer as they can, and the expectations are high as well. Engine variety is vast

Engines support this big car very well, proving your purchase just, without any dismay. The engine options kicks off on the petrol side with a 1.0-litre three cylinder providing 123bhp, then a 1.5-litre with 159bhp and a 2.0-litre engine with 236bhp. Moving on to the diesel side you get 1.6-litre engine as a starter it has a good power generation for everyday use. The acceleration is smooth from lower speeds and it keeps your drive relaxed during the course. After this is the 2.0-liter which gives off 148bhp and 177bhp, the first one not being much different from the second with regard to speed. There is a problem of economy in some of the engines which is not a positive thing.

Ride Comfort

Ford Mondeo is not the name of putting in additional optional gadgets for keeping the journey comfortable. It is comfortable without any penny spent, just avoid installing bigger tyres as the manufacturer knows a car more and how it can facilitate you. Bigger tyres will make the ride bumpier and uncomfortable. Same is the case when you are in favor of small tyres, more cabin discomfort will result in this case also. So go with the standard kit and you will love sitting inside.

 Handling is Superb

The beauty of lies in its every thing kept the way it is installed when you buy it. Any experiments done will destroy the suspension and perfection with which this one is adjusted. There are no top ups required over here also which pleases the buyer the most. The turning and getting back to its senses is the most lovable thing which happens when mountain range comes ahead. What is bad over here is the steering which is overly light not letting the driver feel grip on road. But for many it can be a plus point as handling a big car can be easy with a steering which obeys well and remain accurate at the same time.
