Reports reveals that owners of the Subaru cars with defective engines will be repaid by Subaru for costs related to the deficiency and given a longer warranty or any other compensation. What was the lawsuit?
The lawsuit alleged that the Subaru engines with defective piston rings are consuming extra engine oil than usual and that Subaru knew everything but they didn’t disclose the problem to the owners of Subaru models. According to the reports, lawsuit alleges that Subaru has improperly denied many warranties and repairs and even they have made changes in their scope of warranty cover without informing the owners who have effected engines. What is the current situation?
