June 16, 2017
New changes have made it even a better vehicle than predecessors
This minivan is known for its usefulness to carry passengers and their luggage without any compromise on comfort of the riders. Latest model of this vehicle of Toyota was launched last year and before that, the images were leaked of splendid automobile. Number of changes has been made in interior, exterior and gearbox, so you will find great new additions. The first thing of Toyota Previa is appearance and the company has focused much on enhancing the appeal. New headlights are slim and front side grille is black with chrome lining at top. Lights for daytime are placed just above the bumper. Door handles also get chrome lining in costly models to provide splendor. Taillights are also redesigned but only a slight change can be noticed just like the rear bumpers. Another good thing is two tone paint of the vehicle and it confirms a dashing look to the van shaped car. In this way car has received maximum attention in all aspects.Comfortable and spacious interior
When you get in the cabin, seven seats are there and with a variant one more can be added to raise this number to eight. To drive it, there is multifunctional steering with 3-spoke technology. Dashboard has also been trimmed to make it easy to bring in use the controls placed on it and leather seats are also new addition. New touch-screen infotainment system has been installed in place of old audio facility. To keep the climate more controlled, now there is soft touch controls and air vents are also improved. Instrument panel is same but information display has given it precise look.Easy entrance for special persons
There is a model for easy entrance and exit for the persons with some physical impairment. Now it is a front wheel drive car and the old four speed automatic gearbox has been replaced by the new Super CVT-i for better performance. The company safety package has been added for damage control or avoidance, the injury to the passengers and driver. Toyota Safety Sense C package is standard to all the vehicles of this model. It comprises of pre collision system that get operational to keep the people save from possible smash. Lane departure intimation system and auto high beam are also part of this.Comfortable vehicle does not offer engine Up-gradation
Legroom for passengers of all rows is there, so jetlag on a long drive can be avoided for good time. Handling has also been improved and if you have driven the previous models, then certainly an improvement is felt. Some experts were expecting up-gradation of the Toyota Previa engine but it has not happened. Comfort is of higher degree and rough or patchy tracks would not bother much the people inside the cabin. Suspension is very impressive and it has not been altered. This minivan of Toyota has been priced bit high, so sale of the vehicle may not reach to the targets of the company. It was first launched in 1990, and probably the first MPV purposefully built to use as passenger carrier.Categories
